We have our own factory in Moje-Govali Jhagadia , in Bharuch city. We are capable of producing very high quality Silica Sand & Construction Sand with low Iron Oxide. We have own mining equipments & local transport resources.
We started production of Silica Sand in the year 2012 for Glass & Foundry industries. Floated new venture, SMDC Mineral Industries, a DNV Certified ISO 9001:2015 Company. It has main scope of Processing & Beneficiation of High grade Silica Sand to focus on customers’ specific requirements.
Here we focus on processing high quality Silica Sand for catering to the needs of highly reputed companies in various fields such as Foundry, Steel, Glass, Ceramic, Silicate and Refractory Industries.The Plant is set with equipments required to produce high quality Silica Sand by Wet & Dry process. We have well equipped Laboratory with highly skilled professionals.
In November’16 we started another venture for the processing of high quality Silica Sand used in glass, foundry, ceramic, steel & refractory industries and we named it SMDC Minerals. SMDC Minerals Industries has its own captive mines in Moje-Govali area of Jhagadia Bharuch.
